Looks like even I can get the Black Card now (not likely but I can at least apply lol). This is the card that you could only get if you were invited to have it (heck, they didn’t even say this card existed… it was like a big secret that everybody knew about) and now we are all invited to have it… of course if you have the right amount of clout and cash.
Remember with the current recession (the great recession for some, the great depression for others) the only people who can have credit lines and get loans are the people who don’t need them so I am sure this card is only for people who don’t really need a card in the first place.

Not exactly sure why its called sandals cause they look like freakin complete shoes. I mean, so what there isn’t anything around the toes except a big toe strap? LOL I seen these on The.LIFE files weblog. They didn’t have a link to the shoe sandals so I had to COMPLETELY SCOWER the internet for them… and I found them!

Yeah, I Got The Purfect Pushup… AND IT WORKS!
I’ve been using it for a month now and I have to say my chest and triceps are getting a little beefy. No, I don’t look like the guy in the picture though… somehow I feel that is implied that you will look like the guy on the picture after 30 days, but anyway I have to say it works. those 2 minute workouts are tough. I know I am out of shape, but DANG! I figure I would be able to do more push ups than the 14, 10, and 6 I do in a setting.
Well, I am on my way to being way built by next year. I started walking around the neighborhood to get my body ready for running around the track. I hope by next month i will actually see the track and be jogging on it. I want to join the gym I joined last year (and never went not once) to work on my weak knees and get rid of my gut. I actually want a 6 or even a 8 pack (never had one before no matter how hard I tried) so i will be working on that too.
And i really need to get a bike. When I was riding my bike, I think I was in the greatest shape of my life (too bad I was going through so much turmoil in my head at the time) so I need to get that bike!
I also need to get that traveling Perfect Pushup so I can do stuff at work (if possible). I’ll try to get you guys (all 100 of you who read this blog a day) up do date on what I’m doing when it comes to my workouts.

Most Affordable Housing Markets – aka Maybe Your Should Move
This is for the truly grown and sexy. If you live in NYC, you know the cost to live here is out of this world. The 12,000 dollars I pay in rent (and believe me that is not the average cost of rent here) in 5 years could pay for half of my mortgage (more actually). Believe me, I think I am going to move LOL. Now that is going to be a long drive home every weekend (cause I wouldn’t be going home everyday… that’s too crazy).
Move my sister and my Mom in the house, get some renters (maybe college students – and their parents pay the rent – to live there), or maybe start a day care. Got plans man, hope you do too.h
Coogi If Lux Could Kill Line Looks Pretty Good
I am sort of a fan of Coogi (but I think its too expensive) but I would not consider it grown and sexy, but this Lux Could Kill look is actually nice. Its a little over the top but cool with it and I can defiantly get with that.
Get it with the shirt (polo shirt costs $88) and the fitted cap (cap costs $51) and you have a nice look. I wouldn’t get the Coogi sneaker just to match. I rather get a pair of old school Puma’s or a nice pair of adidas.

Confessions of a credit card pusher – MSN Money
You guys have got to read this. I wonder when they will stop credit card companies from doing this to students? Actually what i really wonder is when they will teach finance in schools. I think that is the most ignored subject in school since gym and lunch.
And why does money management always equate to “Home Ed” or “Home Ec” (as in economics)? Saving for your retirement, investing in the stock market, and understanding contracts and interest rates is a little more than orgainzing your check book and shopping for groceries. Heck, now with employers not hiring people because of their credit score (and their myspace and facebook pages), I would think it be an important issue.

I have no problem with credit card companies making money and banks adding hirer a.p.r.’s to student loans, my problem is how they take advantage f so many and take advantage of how high they can make those APR’s
