Reebok Voltron Package at Project
I loved this show when I was a kid. Watching it now as an adult makes me wonder why I liked it so much… but I guess sometimes that happens.
I don’t report on sneakers much here (unless they are grown and sexy APPROVED), but I had to SAY SOMETHING about good ole Voltron: Defender of the Universe.
5 different sneakers representing the 5 different lions. Now the sneaker themselves don’t look all that to me, but the whole idea and overall look is so fantastic.
I used to have the toys for this. I ACTUALLY HAD THEM IN DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE HOUSE much like the show and each lion had a specific place for them in the house that represented the loins background. I bet some of my cousins remember that LOL.
ummm… also, did you know that they are proposing a movie for Voltron? man, first it was He-Man, then GI Joe, now this?
If they make He-Man sneaker, I will quit this B***CH (ahhh such language).

I think this just goes to show how male centric this society is. I honestly can not imagine that they (the bra companies) never really did any scientific studies on this. I thought they did… seriously, I thought there was a science to how bras worked and real research went into the development of them… go figure.

Me Love Me Bike: Chicago Might Do Self Service Bike Scheme
I am all for this idea. Not sure if it will work unless there is a plan for bike lanes included. I didn’t see such an item in the story so I do wonder about that.
NYC is supposedly to be planning a trial run of a congestion plan below 86 street. If they were to somehow include a bike plan for the now open streets, that would be great.
Not only would it help get people where they are going, but is a great start to turning NYC into a healthy city. Reducing health care costs, pollution and driving up business in the area due to the fact that the streets will be more people friendly.
Of course with bikes all over the place, there may be some difficulty… but enforcement of bike safety laws and following traffic will help in that area.
